General Information

Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel – Austin
The conference will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, located at 6505 IH-35 North in Austin. The hotel has extended a rate of $129 (single or double), plus tax. In order to receive this special rate, your reservation must be made before December 24, 2014. Call the DoubleTree reservations at 512-454-3737, and ask for the Oil and Water Conference room block. Parking is complimentary.

Delegate Registration Fee
The conference is open to the first 200 registered attendees for each day. The daily registration fee includes educational sessions on Thursday (water) or Friday (oil), online access to handouts, lunch and scheduled refreshment breaks.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee per person will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to acct@tml.org by December 24. Please note that no refunds will be given after December 24.

Guest Registration
Due to limited seating this event is open to registered delegates only and is not open to guests.

Confirmations and Badges
Confirmations will be emailed if you provide an email address. Name badges will be mailed to all delegates registered up to one week before the conference. REMEMBER—PLEASE BRING YOUR CONFIRMATION/BADGE TO THE CONFERENCE. Check in at the registration desk to receive your final program. Only registered guests will be provided with a name badge.

Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)
Elected officials can earn credit toward a Texas Municipal League Institute certificate for participation in the conferences. CEU forms will be available on site.
